The registration fee includes access to the Convention sessions and the outdoor engagement day, subject to final logistics, permissions, weather, and safety considerations. Refunds are limited to 50% of the registration fee (see the Refund and Returns Policy). Registrations may alternatively be transferred to a nominated person by contacting the organising team.
